1. Is the name you have now the same name that's on your birth certificate? If not, what's changed?
- No..the name on my birth certificate's Melissa Anne

2. If you could change your name (first, middle and/or last), what would it be?
-I love my name so let's leave it at that

3. Why were you named what you were? (Is there a story behind it? Who specifically was responsible for naming you?)
- my 'rents were a big fan of "Li'l House on the Prairie" and they absolutely loved one of the Melissa characters there.
- then they got 'Anne' from (would you belive it?!) - Saint Anne? Hahah!

4. Are there any names you really hate or love? What are they and why?
- I like Kathryn, Deirdre or Deirdra (got that from one of Anne Rice's books), Belinda (oha! I know someone who has that name but hates it!)
- I hate the name NiNa and MARTHA..'nuff said.
