Olympic Fever

Since we came to Beijing last 2006, we already knew that the 2008 Olympics will be held here.

It was only this week that I actually started feeling the whole "Olympic Fever". A week ago I was already resolved to just watch the whole shebang at home.


So, where was I? Oh, yeah..the Olympics. Today's going to be the opening for the Summer games - 08/08/08 at 8pm (some say that it's going to start at 8:08pm) - and our plan is to go to Qianmen Dajie which is near the Tiananmen area, watch the openings from big plasma screens and wait it out til 11:30pm when the fireworks start.
